We are a stable and growing family-owned business located in the Moon Township, PA area.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician with expertise in control wiring and automation systems to support and enhance manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of complex electrical and control systems that power modern production equipment. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:Execute installation, integration, and maintenance of electrical control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and associated field devices. Interpret and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to support system buildouts and modifications. Diagnose and resolve issues within automated equipment and control circuits to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Support commissioning and startup of new machinery, ensuring systems meet operational and safety standards. Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, changes, and maintenance activities. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards. Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in industrial electrical systems with a focus on control wiring and automation. Strong working knowledge of PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial control components. Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex electrical and control schematics. Solid understanding of motor controls, sensors, and low- and medium-voltage systems. Proven troubleshooting capability in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
