Junior Construction Scheduler

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Schedulers to support one of the largest public school construction programs in the nation.This is a great opportunity for early-career construction professionals who want hands-on experience with Primavera P6, schedule analysis, earned value reporting, and large-scale public works projects.Salary Range: $120K/Year-$135K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Assist in reviewing contractor Baseline Schedules and Monthly UpdatesProvide schedule review comments using structured templatesSupport the team in creating reports in Primavera P6 and ExcelPerform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittalsValidate schedule logic and data integrityHelp update Master Program Schedules with as-built and forecast datesCreate Earned Value curves using established templatesCoordinate with various Facilities teams to gather schedule data RequirementsExperienceMinimum 1 year of full-time professional experience in construction schedulingExperience with an Owner or General Contractor preferredExposure to public works or educational facilities is a plus EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field SkillsWorking knowledge of Primavera P6Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environment BenefitsWe offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
