Immediate need for a talented Inpatient Physical Therapist. This is a Full-time, Day Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Texas (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID:26-06939Pay Range: $71,000 - $85,000 annually (dependent upon experience).Compensation & Benefits -Competitive salary commensurate with experience, $5,000 relocation assistance (negotiable) for qualified candidates, Comprehensive benefits package available including health, dental, and vision coverage, Retirement plan options and Generous Paid Time Off (PTO).Key Responsibilities:Patient Evaluation & Treatment: Perform thorough and concise patient evaluations to determine functional abilities and limitations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with consideration to the patient's physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs .Clinical Documentation: Complete thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Enter charges accurately and maintain knowledge of reimbursement related to practice setting .Patient & Family Education: Provide education to patients, families, and staff regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and discharge planning.Communicate effectively with patients, families, departmental coworkers, and members of the medical care team .Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in patient care rounds and case management conferences as appropriate .Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers as needed. Impart knowledge to develop the clinical skills of colleagues and participate in orientation of new team membersProfessional Development: Advance clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and implementation of evidence-based practice.Maintain awareness of system goals and align personal goals and work activities accordingly.Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to organizational, national, and state regulatory guidelines. Maintain professional licensure and required certifications.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills-Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in TexasCurrent BLS certification (within 90 days of hire)New Graduates Accepted and Encouraged to ApplyStrong patient evaluation and treatment planning skillsEducation: Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply!
