We only accept direct applications.Operations Manager - Electrical (Succession Track)Location: Dickinson, North DakotaPosition SummaryYES, LLC is seeking a high-performing Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Dickinson, North Dakota as an Operations Manager. This role is part of our succession planning strategy and is intended for individuals ready to grow into senior leadership roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning with a strong focus on cost control, schedule, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeoutLead project teams including foremen, subcontractors, and vendorsDrive schedule performance and proactively manage risksOwn project P&L performance including cost tracking and forecastingEnsure accurate job costing, labor tracking, and billing alignmentManage change orders, T&M work, and contract complianceSupport estimating, bid reviews, and scope developmentCoordinate with engineering, controls, and instrumentation teamsServe as primary client contact and maintain relationshipsEnforce safety standards and ensure quality complianceQualifications5+ years of electrical construction project management experience10-15+ within Project Management or OperationsStrong background in industrial or commercial electrical systemsProven ability to manage project financials and drive profitabilityExperience with design-assist, commissioning, and field coordinationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceIndustrial & commercial applications, utilities, med-voltage and industrial facility experienceAutomation, controls, or instrumentation exposurePrevious leadership or mentoring experienceSuccession Planning OpportunityThis role is structured to develop future leaders within YES, LLC.
