Manufacturer of scientific instruments for the life sciences industry seeking a NetSuite Implementation ConsultantHours/Schedule10-20 hours a weekJob TypeProject-Based; Contract for 2-4 monthsLocation RequirementsBillerica, MARate$110-$120/hourJob DescriptionSeeking an experienced ERP / NetSuite Readiness Consultant to partner with Operations and Finance to ensure the organization is fully prepared for a successful implementation. This role will focus on aligning processes, data, and workflows across inventory and production, ensuring a smooth transition from current tools to NetSuite.ResponsibilitiesAssess current systems and workflows across Fishbowl (inventory) Identify gaps in data structure, process standardization, and system readinessPrepare the organization for NetSuite by standardizing workflows, cleaning and organizing data, and defining system requirementsPartner with internal stakeholders and external implementation partnersSupport project planning, timeline development, and execution trackingEnsure alignment between Operations workflowsHelp design scalable processes that will integrate effectively within NetSuiteQualifications7–15+ years of experience in ERP implementation, operations, or systems consultingDirect experience with NetSuite implementations (preferred) or similar ERP platformsStrong understanding of inventory, production, and financial workflowsExperience preparing organizations for ERP transitions or system migrationsAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skillsFlexProfessionals respects and seeks to empower each individual and support the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences of its candidate network.
