Compensation & Perks $ (based on experience & unit) Weekly Pay & Travel Stipends (available for qualified applicants) Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Supplemental coverage options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - confidential support for counseling, financial guidance, legal assistance, and more Unlimited Referral Bonuses - earn more by growing our network 24/7 Clinician Support Team - real people, real support when you need it Credential tracking with proactive expiration alerts Discounted and/or Free CEUs to support your continued growth Assignment Details Full-time schedules 16-week initial contract (13-week renewals) 8 or 12-hour shifts available, depending on the facility Rotating weekends Opportunities across North Carolina's leading psychiatric and behavioral health facilities What You'll Do Deliver compassionate, patient-focused nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health and detox setting Conduct focused assessments and monitor physical, psychiatric, and withdrawal-related status Administer medications, including detox protocols, and evaluate patient responses Support patients in developing coping strategies and stabilization skills Observe, document, and report changes in behavior, condition, and withdrawal symptoms Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with RNs, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes Requirements Graduate of an accredited LPN program Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license BLS certification (American Heart Association) 1+ year of recent inpatient care experience Ability to pass required compliance screenings (background, drug screen, competencies) Why Dzeel?
