Associate, Endpoint Administrator
Job Description: Deploy security patches, software updates, and application packagesInstall, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and softwareMaintain and enforce configuration and security baselinesMonitor endpoint management systems for performance and complianceTroubleshoot endpoint issues and resolve incidentsDocument troubleshooting steps and resolutionsSupport escalations from Service Desk teamsConduct regular audits of endpoint configurationsProvide end-user training and supportMaintain detailed records of system changes and compliance metrics.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience2–4 years of hands-on experience in endpoint administration, desktop support, or IT systems operationsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating SystemsAdvanced proficiency in creating, maintaining, and deploying operating system imagesExpertise in patch management methodologiesExtensive experience supporting Microsoft Office suites and Microsoft 365 applicationsStrong working knowledge of software and hardware diagnostic toolsSolid understanding of basic networking and security principlesExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to sit for extended periods of time while performing administrative or technical tasksAbility to lift, move, and set up technology equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.Benefits: PTO and paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance401K
