Position: Sales Operations Coordinator Reports To: Sales Operations ManagerFLSA Status: Non-Exempt SUMMARY: First Tactical is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing Sales and Operations teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity in our CRM system (Pipeliner), tracking sales opportunities, managing tradeshow logistics, onboarding independent sales representatives, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• CRM Management (Pipeliner): Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data. Ensure pipeline and opportunity records are complete and reflect real-time progress.• Opportunity Tracking: Partner with the sales team to monitor active deals and ensure proper documentation and follow-up throughout the sales process.• Sales Support: Provide direct operational support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools, information, and resources needed to succeed.• Tradeshow & Event Coordination: Support the planning, logistics, and execution of tradeshow events, including registration, travel arrangements, booth setup, and material preparation.• Independent Sales Rep Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new independent sales representatives, including access system, documentation, and training materials.• Presentation Support: Gather data, build PowerPoint presentations, and present materials to internal stakeholders as needed.• Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, document preparation, internal communication, and general operations support.• Confidentiality & Accuracy: Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive sales and business information. Ensure work is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.• Proactive Communication: Anticipate team needs, follow up on outstanding items, and take initiative to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.• Other Duties: Provide additional support as needed by the Sales Operations Manager or broader team.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administration, or a similar role (internships accepted).• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field preferred.Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with federal contracting regulations.
