The RN-After Hours uses Lifespark's Clinical Guidelines as well as internal process and/or procedure to meet the needs of residents and staff within their communities. The RN-After Hours must possess and use good clinical judgement, careful listening, critical thinking, and escalation to appropriate personnel as needed.Position: After Hours RN for Senior LivingHourly: $38.00 - $40.00 hourly, depending on experienceService Area: Remote . Requires 2 half-days onsite for Corporate Orientation in St. Louis Park, 55416 then it will be remote.Schedule: 0.5 FTE. Evenings: 5pm to 1am (start and end time may vary).
