Cook- Intern

Your Role:Ensures workstation has a proper level of par for daily menus. Season food according to recipes and Client needs. Operates various kitchen appliances such as a food processor, blender, oven, grill and stand mixer. Manages portions, arranges, and garnishes food. Performs banquet and kitchen line functions such as sauting, grilling, preparing sauces, plating and more. Understands and complies with all sanitation, health, and safety standards. Reads, understands, and uses BE - Os to create prep lists and then execute accordingly. Sets up and breaks down station including cleaning of equipment and proper storage and labeling of unused products. What are we looking for? Ability to stand for long periods of time.
