Estate & Administration Paralegal

A growing elder law and estate planning firm in Jupiter, FL, is seeking an experienced Estate & Administration Paralegal to support attorneys with probate, trust administration, estate planning, and elder law matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients and families during sensitive legal matters.Responsibilities:Assist with probate and trust administration mattersPrepare legal documents, court filings, and correspondenceMaintain case files, deadlines, and client communicationsCoordinate with courts, financial institutions, and clientsSupport attorneys with estate planning and elder law casesQualifications:2+ years of estate planning, probate, or trust administration experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with Florida probate procedures is a plusAbility to work onsite in Jupiter, FLSalary and Other Compensation:The base salary for this position is between $70,000 – $90,000 annually.
