Project Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established specialty contractor in Central North Carolina that is continuing to grow and take on more complex demolition and abatement projects.They’re looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator who can take ownership of projects from early scoping and pricing through execution and closeout.This role is a mix of preconstruction and project management — ideal for someone who is comfortable both estimating work and running projects in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scopes and estimates for demolition and abatement projectsPrepare proposals and manage preconstruction activitiesOversee projects through execution, billing, and closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and field operationsMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirementsQualifications3–5+ years of experience in demolition, abatement, or related construction workExperience with both estimating and project management preferredStrong understanding of environmental regulations and documentationAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyExperience in Central or Eastern North Carolina preferredExisting relationships with general contractors is a plus
