Program Manager

Product and Tooling Technologies is a growing supplier of engineering plastic parts to the automotive and non-automotive sectors. SUMMARY Directly manages sales and support of PT Tech products to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ability to work in a team and build good long-term relations 2. Key customer contact leading all communication between departments related to the program 3. Communicate with customers via conference calls, email and meetings 4. Understand customer and industry requirements 5. Coordinates job kick off meetings along with Account Managers 6. Able to prioritize and manage large and varied works levels 7. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities 8. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 9. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion 10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction REQUIRED SKILLS 1. Problem solving and analytical skills 2. Verbal and written communication skills 3. Microsoft Office Suite, including the use of Smartsheet EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE An advanced degree in a business or engineering field is required. A minimum of 5 years working in Project Management or Program Management role is required. Previous experience working with OE/Tier 1, Aerospace and Defense customers. Experience working with Prototype or Low Volume Production is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS 1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. 3. Able to travel as needed.
