Full time Hospitalist/Nocturnist

Full-Time Nocturnist – 7 On / 7 Off – St. Joseph’s Hospital – Yonkers, NY PPE is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nocturnist to join our established and collaborative Hospitalist team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, community-focused hospital just minutes from New York City. Responsibilities: Admit adult patients from the Emergency Department overnight Provide overnight inpatient care and handle cross-coverage Respond to floor calls and manage clinical issues overnight Communicate effectively with nursing staff, consultants, and care teams Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR (EPIC) Participate in patient hand-offs and care coordination Schedule & Compensation: Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (rotating weekly schedule) Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME allowance Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active (or eligible) New York medical license Prior hospitalist/nocturnist experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
