Position: Integrated Marketing & Event Activation InternDepartment: MarketingReporting Relationship: Reports to the Sr. Coordinator, MarketingStatus: Intern (Non-Exempt)Duration: June 2026-May 2027Position SummaryThe Integrated Marketing & Event Activation intern position with the Carolina Panthers will assist in planning and executing large and small fan activations, organizational and NFL tentpole moments, game theme planning, and influencer program.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist Marketing team on new/current fan activations inclusive of vendor management, ordering promotional items, creative requests, event ideation and executionAssist Marketing Coordinators in game theme planning, including NFL-wide themes and Carolina Panthers-specific activations across gameday, in-season, and off-season initiatives.Work closely with Marketing team and Partnership team on Ambassador program which includes but not limited to, gifting ideation and shipments, game ticket allocation and experience, and internal/external recapsAssist with campaign preparation, execution, metric tracking, and recap materialInvolved in research for marketing initiatives and future platformsManage organization of stadium storage and marketing inventoryManual labor often required (promotional item deliveries, event implementation, shipments, etc.)Acquire general knowledge of department functions and duties to be able to assist on an as-needed basis.Responsible for writing, formatting, and distributing meeting recap notesOther duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or actively pursuing a bachelor's degreeMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.Must pass pre-employment screens.Essential FunctionsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomeAgile and able to respond effectively to the rapidly changing needs of a fast-paced department and organizationSelf-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization, ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain a positive attitude while staying self-motivated and being a team player with a mature and respectful dispositionMust be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive informationPhysical RequirementsStandingSitting and working at desk on a computerWalking throughout the stadiumLift at least 25 poundsWork EnvironmentThis role will work approximately 40 hours per weekThis job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions) and remotely as assigned by management and based on current business needs.
