Clinical Account Executive – Oncology DiagnosticsMissouri - Kansas CityA fast-growing precision health company is looking for a Clinical Account Executive to support the adoption of advanced oncology diagnostic services across key healthcare markets.This organisation operates internationally and focuses on early detection technologies designed to improve outcomes in cancer and age-related diseases. With multidisciplinary teams spanning clinical, commercial, and technology functions, the company is helping drive innovation in precision medicine.The RoleAs a Clinical Account Executive, you will act as the key commercial link between innovative diagnostic services and the oncology community. You will work closely with cancer centres, oncology practices, and healthcare systems to support the adoption of cutting-edge testing solutions that enable earlier and more accurate disease detection.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of oncology diagnostic services within cancer centres and community oncology practicesDevelop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targetsBuild and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic cancer centres, and community oncology clinicsManage existing client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunitiesProvide support around billing and reimbursement processes for healthcare providers and patientsFacilitate the implementation of laboratory services and related agreementsRepresent the organisation at industry meetings, conferences, and trade eventsMonitor market activity, competitor offerings, and reimbursement trends within the oncology diagnostics spaceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldApproximately 5+ years of experience in oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or healthcare services salesExperience working with cancer centres, oncology clinics, health systems, or purchasing organisationsDemonstrated track record of exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of the oncology market, personalised medicine, and reimbursement landscapeAbility to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong attention to detailExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skillsHigh level of professionalism and integrity when working with clinical stakeholdersComfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office toolsWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as requiredWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to contribute to innovations in cancer detection and precision medicineInternational collaboration with teams across global marketsProfessional development and ongoing learning opportunitiesSupportive and fast-paced working environmentFlexible working arrangements including remote opportunitiesDue to the high volume of applications, we cannot guarantee a response with tailored feedback.
