Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Mobile Wound Care to lead our team of Nurse Practitioners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in advanced wound care, including allografting, skin grafting, debridement, and wound vacs, with a proven ability to manage clinical staff effectively. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of patient care, streamlined team operations, and optimal performance management. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of Nurse Practitioners specializing in mobile wound care. - Implement and oversee cutting-edge wound care therapies, such as allografting. - Ensure accurate and timely charting, patient orders, and materials management. - Conduct performance management and provide support and guidance to clinical staff. - Develop and uphold protocols and standards for advanced wound care procedures. - Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. - Continuously evaluate and enhance patient care processes. Qualifications: - Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Michigan. - Wound Care certification preferred (must be obtained within 45 days of hire if not already certified). - Extensive experience in advanced wound care, including skin grafting, debridement, and wound vacs. - Prior experience in managing a clinical staff team. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
