This role is responsible for assisting with residential and commercial moves, loading and unloading trucks, protecting customer belongings, and providing professional service during each move.Responsibilities:Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting furniture, boxes, and household itemsSafely wrap, lift, carry, and place items as directedMaintain a professional attitude with customers and team membersShow up on time and ready to work for all scheduled movesFollow instructions from drivers, team leads, dispatch, and managementHelp keep trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and organizedWork efficiently while protecting customer property from damageRequirements:Must be reliable and punctualMust be able to lift heavy items consistentlyMust have reliable transportation to job sites or assigned meeting locationsMust be available on weekendsMoving, warehouse, delivery, or labor experience preferred but not requiredMust communicate clearly and respond to scheduling updates in a timely mannerAdditional Notes:This is a physical, hands-on position. Workers must be dependable, respectful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
