Immediate opportunity for a Vascular Surgeon to join and help lead a growing interventional program within a 40-provider private nephrology practice with an AAAHC-accredited ASC in Greenville, SC.

Position Overview
The physician will provide evaluation, maintenance, salvage, and intervention for patients with:
Arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs)
Arteriovenous grafts (AVGs)
Central venous disease
Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
Peripheral venous disease
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both surgical and catheter-based interventions and has experience treating complex ESRD access patients in an office-based or ASC environment.
Responsibilities
Dialysis Access Procedures
AV fistula creation and revision
AV graft placement and maintenance
Fistulograms and angiograms
Balloon angioplasty of dialysis access circuits
Thrombectomy and declot procedures
Stent and stent graft placement
Central venous interventions
Access salvage and maturation procedures
Tunneled dialysis catheter placement/exchange/removal
Peripheral Vascular Interventions
Peripheral arterial angiography and intervention
Atherectomy, angioplasty, and stenting
Critical limb ischemia management
Venous angioplasty and venography
Treatment of chronic venous obstruction and insufficiency
Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage ESRD vascular access patients
Coordinate care with nephrologists and dialysis centers
Participate in multidisciplinary vascular care planning
Maintain high-quality outcomes and compliance standards
Support ASC quality, safety, and operational initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified/Board Eligible in:
Vascular Surgery
General Surgery with dialysis access expertise
Interventional Radiology/Nephrology or equivalent procedural experience considered
Fellowship training preferred
Experience with endovascular interventions required
Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
ASC and outpatient procedural experience preferred
