Position Overview:We are seeking motivated people to join our team and are currently hiring for two different positions:A Licensed or Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality one-on-one therapy to a diverse clientele, including children and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.A Licensed or Pre-Licensed mental health professional with specialized experience and training in couples therapy (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, IMAGO, or similar). This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who has a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic approach and is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of their clients and is eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate will provide couples counseling sessions, acting as a facilitator and helping partners navigate challenges and improve their relationship.We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of their clients and is eager to grow professionally. This role requires flexibility, as the clinician will need to be available for some evening and weekend shifts to accommodate their client's varying scheduling needs.Responsibilities:Provide individual psychotherapy to clients in a supportive and empathetic manner.Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.Engage in regular supervision and continue professional development as required for licensure.Manage a flexible caseload, including some evening and weekend appointments.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance client care.Ensure clients are scheduled for reoccurring appointments and are retained for 8 or more sessions.Qualifications:Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Must be currently registered with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.Ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.Willingness to work either one weekend shift and/or two evening shifts to accommodate our client's scheduling needs.Eagerness to continue learning and developing clinical skills in a supportive setting.As a full time clinician, you are expected to see a minimum of 25 clients per week.Clinicians are expected to retain 75% of their clients for 8 sessions or more.Compensation offered for being bilingual.What We Offer:Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload.Hourly Rate: Starting at $40-$45 per hour for pre-licensed and $50 per hour for licensed clinicians.Flexible work schedule, with some evening and weekend shifts required.Administrative support and streamlined systems.Marketing and referrals to help fill your caseload.A collaborative, inclusive clinical team that values your voice.Benefits:Flexible schedule48 hours of sick pay per yearProfessional development assistanceGym membership after one year of employmentFor pre-licensed clinicians supervision is available at no cost to you!Solace Solutions Counseling and Evaluations PLLC is an equal opportunity employer.
