This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic healthcare revenue cycle leader with strong Epic expertise and hospital/professional billing experience.🔹 Position Details:• Job Title: Director, Revenue Cycle – Patient Accounting• Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)• Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift• Employment Type: Direct Hire• Salary Range: $100,131 – $135,164 annually• Relocation Assistance: $10K available for eligible candidates🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead daily operations for patient accounting, billing, collections, cash posting, and accounts receivable management• Oversee Epic HB/PB billing workflows, remittance processing, denial management, and claims resolution• Monitor key revenue cycle KPIs including AR days, denial trends, clean claim rate, and cash collections• Collaborate with IT, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and clinical leadership to optimize workflows and improve revenue performance• Manage and mentor revenue cycle managers and supervisors• Participate in Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, and governance committees• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and payer regulations🔹 Required Qualifications:✔ Minimum 8 years of hospital and professional billing experience in an Epic environment✔ Director-level leadership experience required✔ Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Accounting✔ Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute HB/PB and claims workflows✔ Experience managing AR, denial management, and billing operations✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field🔹 Preferred Experience:• Epic AI solutions implementation experience• Strong EMR/EHR systems knowledge• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills• Excellent leadership, operational, and strategic planning abilities
