Partner with team members to hit daily production goals. What We’re Looking For Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus (not required—training provided). Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Strong focus on detail, safety, and quality. Dependable and team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
