Jo Summary:A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.Roles & Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets.Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking.Develop knowledge of products, services, etc and effectively convey this information to customers.Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures.Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and moraleAdhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules.Maintain established performance levels.Minimum Qualifications:Completed Secondary EducationExperience working in customer service-related work.Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email.Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns.
