Director, Demand Generation
Director of Demand Generation will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Storable's demand engine for the self-storage vertical. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipelines, improving funnel performance, and accelerating revenue growth across Storable's Storage platform.This leader will operate at both a strategic and operational level by developing scalable demand generation programs while aligning closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing efforts translate directly into revenue impact.The Director will bring a strong growth mindset, deep experience building modern B2B SaaS demand engines, and a forward-looking perspective on the role of AI and data-driven marketing in accelerating customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement. This role will report to GM, Storage and serve as the primary owner of demand generation strategy for Storable's self-storage solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation Strategy & Market LeadershipOwn the strategy and performance of Storable's demand generation engine for the self-storage vertical, driving qualified pipeline and revenue growthBuild targeted demand generation programs tailored to the self-storage operator ecosystem, including independent operators, regional groups, and multi-location businessesStrengthen Storable's brand presence and market leadership through integrated campaigns and industry engagementMaintain a deep understanding of the self-storage landscape, including customer pain points, competitor activity, and emerging market trendsCampaign Execution & Lifecycle MarketingDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing programs across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, events, and partnershipsDevelop lifecycle marketing strategies that support new customer acquisition, product adoption, and cross-sell opportunities across Storable's platformFunnel Performance, Analytics & AI InnovationImprove funnel performance through continuous optimization of website conversion, landing pages, and digital buyer journeysLeverage marketing analytics and reporting to evaluate campaign performance, improve marketing ROI, and guide strategic decision makingIdentify opportunities to apply AI-powered marketing tools and predictive insights to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and demand captureCross-Functional GTM AlignmentPartner closely with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to align marketing initiatives with pipeline targets, sales priorities, and go-to-market strategyPartner with the Product organization to align product roadmaps with market-facing messaging, translating technical milestones into compelling demand generation narrativesTeam Leadership & Industry PresenceLead and develop a high-performing demand generation team while fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvementOwn Storable's strategic presence at trade shows and industry events, driving brand visibility, lead capture, and meaningful engagement with key operators and industry influencersRequired Competencies8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline developmentProven success driving measurable pipeline growth in SaaS, enterprise technology, or subscription-based businessesExperience owning marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced pipeline targets and aligning marketing programs with revenue outcomesStrong expertise in digital demand generation including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and eventsExperience implementing AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization, personalization, or predictive marketing analyticsExperience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel performance and pipeline creationStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights and strategic decisionsExperience bridging the gap between product development and market-facing demand programs to ensure roadmap features translate into customer value.Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teamsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersPreferred CompetenciesExperience marketing to SMB or mid-market operators within vertical SaaS industriesFamiliarity with the self-storage, property technology, or operational SaaS sectorsExperience building lifecycle marketing or account-based marketing programs in a growth-stage SaaS companyAll applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Storable is currently only registered for employment in certain states.
