Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in San Antonio, TX. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting fiber systems and equipment. Additional responsibilities include performing diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate service and repair records. The technician will work closely with team members and clients to ensure high-quality technical support and service delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and network systemsStrong skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipmentExperience with technical documentation, record keeping, and reportingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of workplace safety standards and technical complianceRelevant certifications or technical training in related fields are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred
