Position Summary:
This position oversees and manages the table games scheduling process and the administrative functions related to tracking team member data.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes superior guest service.
Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
Responsible for scheduling dealers to assigned pit areas.
May assists the Table Games Department with looking up betting histories to determine comp rates as well as track the current average bets of players.
Tracking PTO, schedule switches, scheduling adjustments and payroll adjustments.
Performs a variety of accounting, record-keeping and clerical functions in the Casino Pit area while displaying a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provides an entertaining, exciting, and memorable guest experience.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
Strong data entry skills required.
Strong multi-tasking skills necessary.
Minimum one year’s computer experience is required.
Must have advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills.
Must possess proficient typing skills.
Must be flexible with hours.
Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree.
