Electromechanical Project Engineer
Must have semiconductor experience.
Familiar with vacuum pumps, abatement, writing procedures, training, mechanically inclined, know how to gown up in a clean room, can troubleshoot electrical, read electrical schematics, over 5 year’s experience.
Job Description
The Project Engineer plays a vital role in overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities to ensure the successful execution of engineering initiatives. The Project Engineer collaborates closely with various stakeholders including clients, team members, and vendors to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Provides engineering expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during project execution.
s Maintains open communication channels with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Recommends quality control measures to uphold engineering standards.
Maintains accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and change orders.
Ensures projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Identifies opportunities for process optimization and implements best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Provides leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering environment.
Strong technical proficiency in electromechanical systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
