Hiring: Senior Program Manager AI Led Technology TransformationBuffalo, NY (Hybrid) Contract (C2C)We re looking for a Senior Program Management / Chief of Staff professional to drive AI-led technology transformation for a leading banking client.Key Responsibilities: " Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI & technology programs " Drive adoption of GenAI, automation, and modern engineering practices " Establish program governance, KPIs & executive reporting " Act as Chief of Staff to senior technology leadership " Prepare executive/board-level updates & decision materials " Ensure compliance with banking risk & regulatory standardsRequired Experience: 12+ years in Program Management / Tech Transformation Experience in regulated environments (Banking/Finance preferred) Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, SDLC Excellent stakeholder & executive communication skills Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
