Sales Associate
The Sales Counter/Driver Associate plays a vital, hands-on role in nearly every aspect of branch operations - including customer service (both in-person and over the phone), warehouse support, and local deliveries. This position requires a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic individual who can manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. With each branch staffed by a small, close-knit team of 3-4 people, all associates are cross-trained to ensure flexibility and shared responsibility. Must be able to answer customer questions about specific products/services (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)Entering orders in the ERP systemPull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or deliveryDevelop and stay up-to-date on product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor-sponsored training programsCoordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during our busy season)Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environmentMake local deliveries to the customerEnsure that the store and all its properties are upholding the expectations of the Keeling Company brand: exceeding customer service expectations, cleanliness, atmosphere, and high energy.All other duties are assigned by the branch manager or the Keeling Company leadership team.Employees of Keeling Company have the right to refuse dangerous or unsafe work.Keeling Company Benefits:Full-time Monday - Friday 8 am- 5 pmMedical, Dental, and Vision with HSA matchShort and long-term disabilityLife insurance401k with matchPaid holidays/Paid time offPaid on-the-job trainingOpportunities for advancementThis position is compliant with all DOT regulations for non-CDL operators.Keeling Company is an equal-opportunity employer.
