PT/FT Shift Manager - Bartender

Fattey Beer Co. is looking for creative, reliable, and outgoing beer lovers to join our team as a part-time or full-time Shift Managers/Bartenders at a few of our WNY locations. No hospitality experience is required! If you love people, beer, and chatting about beer, we’d love to hear from you. As Shift Manager/Bartender, you will report directly to the Store Managerand be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons. Key responsibilities include: obtaining product knowledge with a willingness to learn, consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting, as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs, assist in driving sales, inventory, receives regular vendor deliveries and ensures sales floor is stocked in a timely manner, ability to efficiently complete opening, closing, and end of shift paperwork and procedures according to company standards, and enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security, possesses familiarity with New York State liquor laws and regulations, We are seeking smart, honest, and hard-working individuals who are passionate about people and craft beer. This position offers a starting wage of $16 per hour plus tips (no tip differential!), Perks include a beer discount.
