Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tulsa, OK, for a Network Operations Center (NOC) professional. The role involves monitoring network systems, troubleshooting issues, performing network administration tasks, and providing efficient technical support. The individual will work as part of a team to ensure the seamless operation of our network infrastructure and deliver exceptional service to clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Computer Network Operations skillsStrong capabilities in Troubleshooting and diagnosing network-related issuesExperience with Network Administration, including managing and maintaining network infrastructureProven expertise in delivering Technical Support for network infrastructure and connectivity solutionsSolid understanding of network security best practices and protocolsAbility to work in fast-paced environments and respond promptly to escalationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experienceRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
