Job Description
Our integrative wellness clinic is seeking a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis, with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time role as patient demand increases.This position is well-suited for a provider with a strong interest in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)—particularly pellet-based therapy—who is looking to build a long-term practice within a collaborative, patient-centered clinic.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical exams, and diagnostic assessmentDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on hormone optimization and pellet-based HRTProvide ongoing follow-up care, monitoring treatment outcomes, and adjusting plans as neededEducate patients on hormone therapy, expected outcomes, risks, and long-term wellness strategiesDeliver or support additional services such as Shockwave Therapy, Neuro Health programs, and general naturopathic careMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in the EHR systemCollaborate with other providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient careQualificationsDoctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited naturopathic medical schoolActive Washington State Naturopathic Physician license (required)Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and patient communication abilitiesComfortable working independently while contributing to a team-based environmentPreferred Experience & SkillsBioTE BHRT certification preferredProviders without BioTE certification are encouraged to apply if they have a strong interest in HRT and are willing to complete trainingExperience or interest in one or more of the following:Pellet-based hormone therapyMen's and women's hormone optimizationShockwave therapyNeuro or cognitive health-focused programsInterest in practice growth and long-term career developmentCompensation & ScheduleFlexible compensation structure: hourly, commission, or production-based, depending on experience and roleTypical part-time schedule with the opportunity to expand hours and transition to full-timeCompensation range is competitive with the local market and discussed during the interview processWhy Join UsEstablished and growing integrative clinic with expanding specialty servicesOpportunity to build and lead HRT-focused care within the practiceSupportive team environment with room for clinical and professional growthTraining support available for hormone therapy and related services
