This role is critical in ensuring the safety, accuracy, and compliance of compounded sterile preparations while maintaining operational excellence within our pharmacy.QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institutionActive and unrestricted Texas Pharmacist LicenseExperience in sterile compounding (preferred but not required)Strong understanding of USP <797> and <800> regulationsHigh attention to detail and commitment to patient safetyAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong communication and organizational skills
