Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.**Exciting Opportunity for Radiation Therapist in Beautiful Wilmington, NC!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n- Join a dynamic and innovative team in a single linac radiation center.\n- Enjoy flexible scheduling with options for:\n - Day 5x8-Hour shifts (08:00 - 17:30)\n - Day 4x10-Hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30)\n- Float between two leading cancer treatment sites in the scenic Wilmington, NC Coastal Region.\n- Experience a supportive environment with an MD and RN onsite at all times.\n- Collaborate with other therapists as you never work alone — always paired with another professional.\n \n**Key Responsibilities:**\n- Leverage your experience with Varian 21ix and Aria EMR systems.\n- Deliver high-quality patient care without the need for CT simulations or dose calculations.\n- Utilize expertise in external beam therapy, IMRT, and treatment planning systems like Eclipse and Pinnacle.\n- Maintain safety protocols and assist in patient treatment with advanced technologies (CBCT, imaging, etc.).\n\n**Skills & Certifications:**\n- Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience is required; first-time travelers welcome!\n- Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS.\n- Preferred skills:\n - Proficiency in adult acute care and custom mold fabrication.\n - Familiarity with isolation precautions and radiation safety.\n\n**Patient Care:**\n- Work with adult and geriatric populations in a fast-paced environment.\n- Manage a patient ratio of 1:5 during the day.\n- Participate in special procedures with a daily census of around 40 patients.\n\n**Work Culture:**\n- Thriving community-oriented workplace focused on patient-centered care.\n- Opportunity to grow professionally while making a significant impact in patients' lives.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
