Basic Qualifications Must have an active Secret clearanceExposure or experience with electrical engineering, programming or microelectronicsProven ability to lead cross‑functional teams (electrical, mechanical, supply‑chain).Strong financial acumen, including CPI, SPI, and earned‑value management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience organizing, tracking manpower, and coordinating business‑operations for complex programs.Job DescriptionJob Code/Title: PM-MIF-001:Program Management Mgr – Microelectronics FactoryThe Program Management Manager will lead the first year of the Missiles & Fire Control Microelectronics Factory (MeF), overseeing FY‑26 launch activities. Core duties include defining programmatic needs, tracking manpower across all MeF functional areas, and coordinating IRAD/CRAD efforts, supply‑chain, facilities, and staffing. An active Secret clearance is required to start.Desired Skills7‑10 years of program management experience in defense or aerospace microelectronics.Knowledge of Lockheed Martin IRAD/CRAD processes and related metrics (TRL/MRL, burn rate).Familiarity with technology road‑mapping tools such as SharpCloud, Tableau, or ProductBook.Proficiency in Python or R, PowerBI (or equivalent) and data‑modeling for engineering analytics.Strong analytical, visualization, and reporting capabilities; experience with Lockheed Martin reporting templates.Ability to develop and maintain program dashboards, KPI visualizations, and executive briefings.Experience with microelectronics supply‑chain and facility coordination within a defense environment.Other Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
