A-Line Staffing is now hiring Certified Surgical Tech in Summit, NJ 07901! The Certified Surgical Tech would be working for a Major Hospital System and has career growth potential. Certified Surgical Tech Highlights: Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 Schedule: 7a-5p four days a week, two of which must be available to stay late (and 1 must be a Friday). Pay Range: $35-42 Hourly Certified Surgical Tech Responsibilities: Assist in the care of the surgical patient. Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures. Demonstrate understanding of the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Ensure quality patient care during operative procedures and maintain the sterile field at all times. Follow instructions of Physicians and RNs closely, adhering to established hospital policies related to the Operating Room. Maintain a safe environment in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Practice Standard Precautions at all times. Certified Surgical Tech Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technician and graduate from an accredited program. Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to tolerate long periods of sitting, standing, and/or walking. Education: High School Graduate or GED required.
