As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and assess residents’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilitiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on residents’ needsProvide therapeutic interventions to enhance communication and swallowing functionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational and physical therapistsEducate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and strategiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulationsSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in MissouriExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary teamIf you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River.
