Our ASSA ABLOY South Central Service Center located in Mesquite, Texas is adding an Operations Supervisor on second shift to the team. This role provides hands-on leadership across multiple production areas and plays a key role in driving safety, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

What would you do as our Operations Supervisor?
You’ll oversee daily production operations for a 30+ person team, lead continuous improvement efforts, and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
You would also:
Lead production operations across frame manufacturing, door frames, door modification, and welding cells
Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and inefficiencies
Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output
Plan and schedule resources to meet production goals
Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
Train, coach, and develop team members to support flexibility and growth
Maintain safe equipment, tools, and work environments
Implement quality control standards and corrective actions
Collaborate with leadership to execute operational strategies and budgets
Special assignments as assigned
The Skills and Experience You Need:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in metal forming or similar manufacturing environments preferred
Exposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
ERP system experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
