Applied AI Engineer

They are on a strong growth trajectory, projecting $500 million in revenue this fiscal year with a strategic target to double by 2032.The Role Design and build an enterprise-wide AI Agentic System from the ground up. Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AI and the technical anchor for the company's AI roadmap. Own and coordinate AI Agentic projects, collaborating with VP-level stakeholders across various departments. Mentor and guide software and data engineers in building their own AI agents, LLMs, and RAG pipelines. Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, incorporating multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, and workflow orchestration. Transition AI solutions from prototype to reliable, governed production systems with a strong emphasis on observability, latency, and cost control.What You'll Need 2+ years of foundational software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python. 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying at least 1 Applied AI Agentic System into production. Hands-on experience with at least 1 applied AI framework/ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Fabric/Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Enterprise, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Haystack, PydanticAI, Mastra, Agno, DSPy, OpenAI Agents SDK, Flowise, Langflow). Highly articulate, business-facing presence with proven experience presenting to and working alongside executive/VP-level stakeholders. Ability to architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using unstructured and structured enterprise documents. Experience integrating AI workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI Service and M365/Copilot environments.What's On Offer Competitive base salary and bonus structure (10-15%).
