Our teams across NAVER Search US, BAND, ThingsBook, and NAVER Ventures collaborate to advance AI, social media, and investment initiatives that build smarter and more connected experiences for global users.About the RoleWe are looking for a Strategic Partnerships professional to support the growth of ThingsBook in the U.S. market.The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities to scale the platform. You will play a key role in shaping the early growth and partnership strategy of ThingsBook in the U.S., working directly with leadership to build a category-defining consumer platform.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.*This role may require frequent travel based on partnership and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnerships & Strategy Identify and initiate high-potential partnerships across platforms, creators, and communitiesDevelop strategic insights on the creator economy, social platforms, and emerging consumer behaviorsAnalyze competitors and emerging platformsSupport and participate in live partnership discussions and deal executionUncover new opportunities and translate them into actionable initiativesGrowth & Execution Contribute to shaping early-stage growth initiatives and go-to-market approachesPlan and execute community events for partnershipsBuild strategy decks and internal reportsApply structured thinking to ambiguous problems and drive them forwardContribute to decisions that impact product and growth directionSkills & Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business, or startupsBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferredStrong research and analytical skillsIntellectually curious, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguityComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience or strong interest in media, creators, community platforms, or consumer techSelf-starter who can take ownership of projectsOther Job type: Full-timeLocation: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA)Pay: $64,000 - $80,000 per yearApplicants will be required to submit a portfolio showcasing their work samples.Please note: To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
