Machine Operator Night Shift

Production Machine OperatorLocation: Hendersonville Shift: 12-hour / 2-2-3 schedule / 6:00PM-6:00AM Pay: $23.00/hourWe are hiring a Machine Operator to support our Aseptic production line. This role is responsible for running downstream equipment, ensuring quality standards, and keeping operations safe and efficient.Duties:Operate and monitor downstream machines and equipmentSet up machines, perform changeovers, and verify correct materials/programsTroubleshoot and adjust equipment to minimize downtimePerform quality checks, collect samples, and inspect finished productsRecord production data, downtime, and faults in the Sherlock systemFollow GMP, safety rules, and start-up/shutdown proceduresAssist with mold changeovers and equipment adjustmentsMaintain cleanliness and complete sanitation/housekeeping tasksRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of machine operator experience in manufacturingStrong mechanical aptitude with ability to set up and adjust machineryComfortable using computers and entering production dataDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid)
