Administrative Duties & Responsibilities Training of new employees on use of & understanding of CNC products built and SOPs. Continuing education & re-training of CNC SOPs Assist in the creation of classroom and field training program with help of management. Conduct safety audits on projects being built. Field recruitment & evaluation of performance of employees Represent the CNC brand & culture through customer / employee relations in a professional and productive manner Job Site Curriculum Safety on the job site VSC data Equipment VSC Installation Pre-Drilling Project preparation / start / finish Rigid inclusion piles Testing Customer interaction skills KPIs will be the following: 1. Production per day 2. Average GP produced 3. Safety violations 4. Maintenance Inspections 5.
