Administrative Duties & Responsibilities
Training of new employees on use of & understanding of CNC products built and SOPs.
Continuing education & re-training of CNC SOPs
Assist in the creation of classroom and field training program with help of management.
Conduct safety audits on projects being built.
Field recruitment & evaluation of performance of employees
Represent the CNC brand & culture through customer / employee relations in a professional and productive manner
