Senior Human Capital Consultant

Duration: 3-month contractLocation: Must be able to commute to Bethesda, MD as needed.Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per weekWe are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for a client engagement focused on assessing the organizational and workforce impacts resulting from recent workforce reductions.This engagement will support organizational assessments, workforce impact evaluation, and gap analysis efforts to help identify how these changes have affected leadership support, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.ResponsibilitiesSupport organizational and workforce impact assessment activitiesConduct gap analysis and organizational evaluationsAnalyze qualitative and quantitative findingsEvaluate organizational effectiveness and human capital impactsDevelop findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholdersDesired Experience10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, human capital, workforce transformation, or program evaluation initiatives within complex organizationsExperience conducting organizational assessments, gap analysis, and workforce impact evaluationsBackground in organizational development, change management, human capital consulting, or workforce transformationExperience performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop organizational insights and recommendationsStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to synthesize findings for leadership audiencesFederal or public sector consulting experience is a plusEligibility Requirements:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.No third parties.As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
