Post Holdings - - Responsibilities: Set up and clean, if necessary, all equipment prior to the scheduled start time to ensure on time start-ups; Perform quality checks on product being produced and record information to ensure specifications are met; Monitor spiral freezer operations and address ice buildup to maximize quality and production run length; Perform sanitation duties to get the system back up and running in a set time period; Troubleshoot equipment that is not running effectively
