A company is looking for an Intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality IT support for employees and manage key systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, managing tickets and ensuring a high-quality support experience
Manage and maintain macOS and Windows endpoints, enforcing security policies and compliance standards
Administer user identities and access provisioning, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and executive support
Proficiency in managing tickets and workflows using the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira
Experience with Google Workspace administration and user management
Hands-on experience with Okta for user provisioning and SSO configuration
Familiarity with MDM administration, specifically Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune
