Join us to build a career where you can grow, belong, and make a real impact.Compensation: $100,000-$125,000/year salary depending on experienceWhat You'll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury and Cash ManagementFull general ledger accountability for the WAG & Walser Preowned Sales channels; this includes:Cash ManagementBalance Sheet and associated schedulesIncome Statement accuracyIntercompany EliminationsConduct financial review meetings monthly with staff accountants to validate integrity of financial deliverablesProvide departmental support and reportingServe as subject matter expert on the accounting of all legal entities, as assignedResponsible for producing GAAP financial statements monthlyOversee budget, cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reportingAnalyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems for financial controls and performanceMaintain communication with internal accounting leadersResponsible for operational knowledge of the source transaction systems for dealership and affiliate accounting operationsResponsible for coordinating audit requests pertaining to their entity group-WAG, Walser Preowned Sales, and other corporate entities as assignedDrive accounting operational efficienciesDevelop and achieve team OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)Uphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open MindedWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experienceAt least 10 years of accounting experienceThorough knowledge of general accounting, including the application of general accounting theoryBroad conceptual judgment, initiative, and ability to deal with complex accounting issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDealership or Automotive experience highly preferredWhat's In It For You?Paid Time Off (PTO) Take time to relax, spend with family, or enjoy personal time awayCareer Growth & Opportunity for Advancement We promote from within and provide clear career paths, mentorship, and opportunities to develop and grow your career.Fertility & Adoption Assistance: Receive up to $10,000 in financial assistance for fertility treatments and adoption expenses.Comprehensive Health Benefits: Enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to HSA and FSA plans to help manage healthcare costs.
