Join us at razorfish.com.ResponsibilitiesFrontline HR support for employees and managersManage Talent Team Inbox, responding to inquiries, with clear communication, within the outlined SLAsFacilitate New Hire and Transfer Orientation (virtual and in person)Prepare information for discipline, and agency meetingsManage the following processes for the agency:Accommodations Requests, Leave of Absence, Return to Office formsVoluntary Exits, including exit interviewsInvoluntary Exits, oversee preparation of paperwork with offshore team, systems terminations, etc.Soft Benefits payments, including referral bonusesCompensation statement creation and distributionManage career settings tickets and approvalsNew Hire paperwork: I-9s, background checks, other documents as requiredAgency transfers: tickets, paperworkCoordinate with Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) teams to troubleshoot data discrepanciesProactive follow through and communication with internal HR team and employees via email, Talent Team Inbox, and meeting updatesSupport generic reporting needs, including the preparation and tracking of CSRDirect contact with our payroll and benefits specialist teams to resolve issues for team membersResponsible for escalating situations when neededResponsible for proactive follow up and completion of employee issuesAssist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned with accuracyGain knowledge of progressive performance improvement model and learn PIP processSupport employee relations investigations and performance improvement plan (PIP) conversations through detailed note-taking and documentationQualifications1+ years of experience in an administrative or human resources related fieldExperience with Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and PowerPointWorked in a fast-paced environment where priorities and focus may shiftAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
