Home Health - PTA - PRN - Physical Therapy Assistant

Axiom Rehab is searching for a passionate and caring PTA to become part of our team. Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, Axiom PTAs treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. This is a 1099 position with possibility to go full time. Axiom offers flexible scheduling for our contractors. There are no minimum visit requirements and we will work with your coverage area capabilities. Requirements and Qualifications Associate degree from a PTA program State issued DL PTA licensure form the state of FL Physiological and anatomical knowledge Organization skills Ability to work in multiple EMRs as necessary Excellent communication Axiom Rehab was established in 1998, providing outpatient physical therapy services in the home and home health therapy staffing. Over two decades later, Axiom has grown to serve a large market share of the Home Health community of people, including those with lymphedema. Axiom now offers statewide coverage for home health therapy staffing.
