The RoleWe're seeking a high‐caliber finance professional to join our Corporate Development team as an associate focused on capital formation and strategic transactions. This is a critical role focused on the execution of Lambda's project financings and partnerships. You will be responsible for executing multi‐billion‐dollar GPU and data center funding strategies as well as supporting Lambda's strategic investments in the AI infrastructure market. You'll work closely with the CFO, Head of Corporate Development & Capital Markets, as well as external counterparties (banks, credit funds, advisors, legal counsel, etc.) to ensure Lambda's rapid expansion.
