The RoleWe're seeking a high‐caliber finance professional to join our Corporate Development team as an associate focused on capital formation and strategic transactions. This is a critical role focused on the execution of Lambda's project financings and partnerships. You will be responsible for executing multi‐billion‐dollar GPU and data center funding strategies as well as supporting Lambda's strategic investments in the AI infrastructure market. You'll work closely with the CFO, Head of Corporate Development & Capital Markets, as well as external counterparties (banks, credit funds, advisors, legal counsel, etc.) to ensure Lambda's rapid expansion. What You'll DoModel, execute, and present on complex financing structures, including:Asset‐backed loans (ABL / ABS)SPVs and bankruptcy‐remote entitiesSecured and unsecured term loans and revolversReceivable purchase facilities (RFP) and warehouse facilitiesHY bonds, public convertible notes, etc.Hybrid/equity‐linked instrumentsSupport deal structuring and recommend solutions to the executive teamInterface with lenders, bankers, advisors, strategic partners, and foundersOwn deal‐level financial models including cash flow waterfalls, merger models, and potential investment return modelsPrepare board‐facing materials and analysis to support transaction decisionsWhile this is primarily a Capital Markets focused role, candidates should also demonstrate the ability to evaluate M&A and strategic investment opportunities in the AI Infrastructure market Qualifications2‐4 years of experience in investment banking, specifically focused on digital infrastructure, debt capital markets, or structured products rolesExpertise in project finance, including the design and execution of complex secured and unsecured debt transactionsFundamental understanding of legal entity structuring, intercompany dynamics, and credit risk mitigation techniquesExperience supporting credit agreement negotiation and managing due diligence for multi‐party financing transactionsExceptional modeling, communication, and project management skillsSelf‐starter who thrives on solving problems directly, not delegating them—willing to go deep into documentation, models, and deal mechanicsExperience xmcpwfu in capital‐intensive industries (data centers, infrastructure, cloud, semis, telecom, renewables, etc.) preferred BenefitsFounded in 2012, ~400 employees (2025) and growing fastGenerous cash & equity compensationHealth, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependentsWellness and commuter stipends for select roles401(k) Plan with 2% company match (USA employees)Flexible paid time‐off plan that we all actually use Equal Opportunity EmployerLambda is an Equal Opportunity employer.
