The Captain will be responsible for set-up and complete oversight of functions. Responsible for leading the entire team and delivering outstanding service to all our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, keen eye for detail and a deep passion for hospitality.RequirementsWhat You'll Do:Service Excellence: Ensure smooth operation of event services, managing the overall guest experience from arrival to departureStaff Management: Supervise, lead and coordinate a team of waitstaff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent delivery of serviceQuality Control: Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health regulations,Guest Relations and Customer Interaction:: Address guest inquires and complaints promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere enhancing guest satisfactionWhat We Need From You:Education: A high school diploma is typically required; a degree inhospitality management or a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry,particularly in supervisory rolesLeadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities toeffectively manage staff and interact with guests.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure service quality andAdherence to standardsBenefitsWhat you'll get from us:Work alongside collaborative team members who support Ōme Caterer's core values and are eager to be a part of our teamCompetative Wage $45.00 per hour
